We all know that Nintendo have made all the well deserved money they could possibly hope for from the now obsolete N64 (utmost respect to the machine).

So should I feel guilty about downloading an N64 emulator and some ROMS (most of which I have anyway)?

Yes you should, think of all the time wasted on playing emulated games as opposed to other more "productive" things...

Though the best emulator, Project 64 has had its development discontinued. And I heard the frame rate was flaky at best.
