How do i get the last dog tag in The acending coloumn. i can think how to get it. . . HELP its really annoying me having 1 missing

As I have completed MGS 2: SOL three hundred thousand times I was looking forward to MGS: substance (Whatever they called it) should I buy it or is there any MGS games coming out in the future.

What difficulty mode didst thou try it in? You can get dog tags in Very Easy, Easy, Normal, Hard, and Extreme remember. Here are the ones I got:

Very Easy- Iroquois Pliskin
Easy- Meryl Silverburgh
Normal- Solid Snake
Hard- Liquid Snake
Extreme- Hideo Kojima

In case you didn't know Hideo Kojima is the maker of Metal Gear Solid and thus on a par with God.
