Fast and the Furious 3: Tokyo Drift

Its rubbish really. The story is pathetic and the set pieces are unbelievable (the Japanese Yakuza settling a problem with some punk kid by having a car race? I dont think so), but the only reason you would go to see this film is for the cars anyway and the races all look great. It was as fun to watch as the other two, possibly even better than #2 and there is a nice surprise at the end for fans of the series.

If you are wanting some great acting, a heart wrentching story and some brilliantly detailed drama, then this isnt for you. If you want Japanese girls in short skirts driving customised sports cars then I think you'll love it.

Not my kind of film either but i watched it. Seen it before but not all the way through. I thought id fall asleep while the news was on though. This was the only part that annoyed me!

Film wasnt to bad.

Love Actually.

Don't usually go for these sorts of films but I wasn't really bothered about the football last night so I watched this (with the annoying news in the middle of it) and quite enjoyed it.

Good cast and a number of different storylines made it enjoyable to watch.

The Girl Next Door 7.5/10

Much better than i expected and it has a fantastic soundtrack.

Talladega Nights - This got a lot of publicity in America (probably due to the Nascar aspect), but I thought it could have been better. Surprised to see Mr Cohen make an appearance. 7/10

EDIT - also:

Open Season - Pretty good, most enjoyable animated movie I've seen in a while. Poor rabbits :) 8.5/10

I thought 'le chiffe' looked like an evil Jules Holland ...

Casino Royale 8.5/10

I generally hate Bond films but that was bloody good.

Accepted - Not bad, not too great though.

Hoodwinked - Would have been awful had the Squirrel not been in it.

Miami Vice - Boring, dragged out, big disappointment.

Yeah I expected it to be a remake ... but it was set in the present day, and all the better for it I think ...

Again, Casino Royale, I thought it was a good film. tho i thought it was set before all the other bonds? i was expecting it to be set in a certain date but no, good new bond tho.
