Just seen it in action - I am wowed.
One of my local retailers had an Xbox pod running and were showing the PS2 version running on TV screens around the shop.
The Xbox one looks far superior with a clearer screen, reflections in the windows, etc.
Anyway, the pendulem swinging looks really cool - not quite like the movies, but that would be hard to do, but it's a hell of a lot better than the first Spider-man Movie game.
I didn't have the time to keep watching it though, but I am glad I chose it as a GAD prize ages ago - I cannae wait!

I'm a ctually moderately considering getting this simply due to the IGn review of it, which just showed footage and told me things that I never wanted to hear about a film licensed game.
THen I went and watched the Riddick review, and my head exploded.

It's good. I just wish they had included a multiplayer. Just think, swingin around, kicking people in mid air. Swinging extremely quickly to escape one another etc etc. It would rock.
Getting it Friday on Xbox to make sure I grab the best version. Picked up the first one again tonight so I am playing through that at the moment, along with Prince of Persia which I picked up for the Xbox after owning the PS2 version last time around. I have completed the original before and enjoyed it enough for me to want the second.
It will get boring fairly quickly but as someone said, Spider-Man is worth the admission price alone... only kidding ;)

I'm getting this on Friday and I'm really looking forward to it; it seems to be designed for pure fun and that's the way it should be. And since I'm keeping the X-Box I can get the best version, wooh! Who would have though a movie-tie-in could be so interesting?

I got my Spider-Man 2 off SR today!
Its brilliant, and its how a Spiderman game is supposed to be.
You can swing around the town either following the story or just helping out people - or saving them from petty crimes - all happening in real time. The swinging system is great too, so much freedom its untrue!
I have the Gamecube Version though - which I have no regrets about as the control's are superb.
I've spent hours on it, and i've only made a small dint on terms of percentage compleated. It should last a long time - and i'll keep on coming back just to help the towns-folk !

HMV have got demo pods in - I saw em on Saturday. Couldn't have a go as the gf was whining enough already!
