I think that the GBA will act as a transfer pack with the Gamecube, rather than a fully blown controller. The GC controller has something like 11/12 buttons, but the GBA has 4!! It would make much more sense if the GBA was able to connect to your GC to allow you to play games on your TV, and to act the same way as the N64 Transfer Packs worked in games such as Pokemon stadium!!!
