"PS2 or GBA?"

I have enough to get one of the above (so £300 basically), but which one? The PS2 offers great graphics and games, yet the GBA offers size, gameplay and newness.

What would you get?

Pure Quality -

1) Zone of the Enders
2) Red Faction
3) Extermination
4) SSX
5) Timesplitters
6) F1 2001
7) RRV
8) Kessen
9) ISS
10) Starfighter
11) Madden 2001

Yeah, you are in a great mood aren't you. Maybe he's just annoyed with his PS2. Maybe it was a WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Why not wait for a year or so for pure quality instead of buying trash now.

Thanks for all your ideas. I've thought about it and have decided to get myself a PS2. As for the GC, how long until it is released? Hopefully I'll have enough time to save up again to get that too!

Considering he has 300 pounds he will be able to either purchase a GBA now and a GC on release... Or just a PS2 now...

Errrrr.......I am. But I just don't see the fuss about GBAs. On this occasion, The PS2 is better, although he should wait for the GameCube.

It basically depends on what you want, if you want a handheld get a GBA, if you want a home entertainment system, get a PS2.

Given you've got 300 quid going spare...

Wouldnt a bettre (hypothetical) comparison be a GC & GBA Vs. PS2?

How could you even ask that question. HOW???? Get the PS2. Definitely get the PS2. DO NOT get a GBA. Get a PS2 and get MGS2 when it comes out....then invite me over and I'll play it for you. How does that sound? Huh???
