The vast majority of any developed country apart from Britain. Japan probably being the most prominent when it comes to high bandwidth at low cost. But then the Xbox isnt doing so well there.

Still need to sort out my LIVE, can't find a decent broadband service. anyone I pick people are then telling me its crap. AOL Broadband, Wannadoo, BT Broadband. My starter pack is just sitting in my room, getting dusty.

So with less then 10% of Xbox owners actually using Live, and Xbox owners making up only about 20% of the total gaming population, they can't really claim Live is the new entertainment standard can they.

Im thinking of it more like 0.02% of the world's population.

I bet they still haven't broke even on the losses they're making on each Xbox unit...
