But i'll have to cancel my pre-order on Rainbow Six 3, do you think it's worth it?

I'm sure Rainbow Six 3 Black Arrow wont be that good, it hasn't had any decent reviews and it looks almost identicle to Rainbow Six 3.

Riddick on the other hand is said to be one of the best games this year and has had loads of good reviews from sites and ALASTAIR.

So do you think it's worth selling RS3 : BA for Riddick?

If I did that i'd probably be playing Riddick all the time because theres a big difference in quality. I never play RS3 now, Riddick will have Live play and has great graphics, i'm sure it'll be better than RS3 : BA.
