Yes, you can talk to everyone in 4 player.
Does that mean you can now talk to everyone in the race (4-Player)?
What about 16-Player? Never played that much but it seemed like you could talk to everyone anyway.

Yeah I kinda stopped playing it for some reason. Only had a couple more races to go to win the championship too...
