I just of thought of this, it's about GAD.
Would it be possible for people to pick you their GAD prizes in an SR shop? They could let you know in an email when they claim it. Or if they don't know what they want they could still let you know they want to pick it up themselves and just wander down to an SR shop to have a look and decide.
I know that not everyone lives near a branch but for those that do it could be handy.
An email code or something could be sent to the winner that they just quote at the shop. It could mean they get their game straight away, rather than wait for it to come through the post.
Just an idea.

I wouldn't bother... it's a nice idea, but by no means necessary. People have a good idea of what games they want anyway!
I don't know. It would be an advantage to people that live near SR stores. As for me, however, I don't live near a shop so I would have mine sent.
Do people really want to come out to our shops to pick up a game that will be sent anyway? The Gameaday system works in exactly the same way as the ordering system, so whenever I receive your claim, the form is processed the exact same day. As soon as we get stock of that item in, it'll be sent right away.
