Which it is. Bloody hell, it's the same game.
The difference between 2-3 was small. 3-4 are the same game.
Each time, it's simply adding the generals who were too crap to be drafted in as a "first-pick", updating the graphics and adding a stupid mode (officer creation, anyone?).
Not saying there's anything wrong with that, but don't say it isn't original, you should at least realise it's the same engine, same hack-slash-win formula that Koei (W-Omega) used since the original...

Mmm... But swimming will be lovely.
But I'm bloody worried about the whole "work to carjack" thing. It's going to ruin the whole pick up and play aspect.
And what's with the gym (go to GameSpot.com to check up on the articles on GTA, proper quality :D)... It's gone too far, methinks. Simplicity is the route to success. It's going to break up the gameplay too much... Like, getting haircuts? Fun for a minute or so, but not really that important.
I think they've taken a step forward and a step back with the whole personalise your character thing. I'd be more happy with an extended Vice City, just with more misions, push-bikes and more locations. (Perhaps even better graphics and no loading times.)
Meh, I just hope Rockstar don't get too many ideas from Manhunt and think it's selling like hotcakes because it's good, rather than because it's practically illegal.
