"GAD staff go mental"

I was just reading the Prime topic by GAME called "Nintendo fires its first shot". At the end of the article GAME puts "~Cloudchaser.com" to indicate he has copied it from a web site. In the title of the topic, he puts "Cloudchaser" to indicate it has been copied from a web site.

Guess what?


HE WON GAD!


Being a nice bloke he has made it clear that it has been copied, and has (from what I can tell) told GAD not to award him the prize.

Now, it's only been a week since I last came on GAD, but are there new staff members sorting out prizes???? Maybe the problems with the system stem from the top?

Let me get this right... u got ticked off becuase of the name I used!!!! oookkkk.... a few more pills for u...

Anyway, I was right to say GAD as I was refering to the whole GAD family... which comrises UKCheats, UKreviews and UKchatrooms... it was just quicker than typing out all 3 names separately!

Maybe I could have but I get really ticked off when people refer to this as GAD, when it is in fact Ukdicussions/Ukchatforums it makes it seem like these boards are nothing apart from a few people coming on trying to win a game. When in fact we are a (mostly) likeable bunch of people who come on here to talk about gaming and every now and again are lucky enough to win a game.

Not only does this degrade from the person that says it it degrades from Special Reserve themselves adn the rest of the members of the forums.

Actually! I have read almost every single post on UKchatrooms ever! I just don't reply to a majority of them! I come here mainly to listen to oither people's opinions and occasionally show my views. I have been on this site since it launch what... 2 years ago or something?


Anyway, "Don't pass judgement on me". You are clearly one of the best members of GAD by a LONG way... so why do you have to spoil you high respect by posting a message saying (to me) "YOU FOOL"??? I just cannot understand? Surely you could have said either something constructive, or nothing at all?

Sonic, you are probably the most irregular regular I have seen on these boards. Who are you to pass judgement on me? You don't me, you have never met me and you barely see any of my posts.

Anyway, GAD comprises UKdiscussion (now ukchatrooms), UKreviews and UKcheats... so u actually have no point seeing as I have not been on any of these sites for about a week, and hence have not been on GAD. (and if you are still not convinced go to www.gameaday.co.uk)

Finally, sorry, I didn't know this was in the Prime topics room.... the reason is that I thought "Surely someone has posted a topic on this already". Remembering that ALI (staff member) had said about 2 weeks back that there should be NO posts whatsoever in the Prime room that are not on the Future of Gaming, I though "It must be in the Chat room". I couldn't see a topic, so I started my own. My appologies. (once again the FOG rules broken)
