I remember this thread coming up before. I've no need to try typing with my elbows, I'm bad enough at typing as it is... and create a lot of noise in the process, I'm told. Still, I've never broken a keyboard through typing a tad "too hard".
I have broken one by smashing it against a wall in anger, but that's another story!
