so many people complain about the war of the consoles. However i personaly believe that it is a good thing.
Surely the competition makes the pricing of games come down. Also why people argue about which console is best is beyond me. Surely whatever console each user prefers is up to them. But why do they feel that they should try to convert everybody else onto using that console?

The console will be good, but as of yet, there haven't been any games announced to steal my imagination!!

Yep, Sega dies and is reborn as a pure software developer.
The Dreamcast won't be making a comeback.
Pace never got off the ground, not worth fussing about.

Sick of this type of discussion.
HOWEVER, as you are a newbie etc, I totally agree with you anyway - it's just there are SO many console wars topics.
I agree, but sometimes people try to persuade others to get the same console as them because they want to feel part of a bigger and better community, and don't want their machine to 'die', like the Dreamcast supposedly did.
