Do you plan to get 3XL or 4XL? I have 3xl and heard 4xl was really good, just wanted your opinion.

Got Zhou Tai's 10th weapon. Currently figuring out how to Dong Zhuo.
oh ye did Zhou Tai's musou just now. Have to get his 10th w now. On the worst ever level. You know which one. The nanman campaign. I'm screwed.

OK. To get people's 4th weapons you do have to be on hard mode. You have to fulfil different scenarios to obatain them for each character.
e.g. Cao Cao's 4th weapon
Yellow Turban Rebellion
Han Forces
Defeat Zhang Bao and Zhang Liang before any gates are sealed. A supply team will then appear at the northwest gate and travel to the gate at the centre-top of the stage near Zhang Jiao.
These vary for each character.

On DW3 I can never get anyones 4th weapon even though i've completed the game over 20 times with different characters. E.G. Zhou yu, all his stats are maxed but cant get anything over his Elder sword or any other item of high value, and every time I smash the crates there nothing more than a item I already have. Any help from here will be welcome, just out of interest I have been playing on hard so I dont think that has anything to do with it.
Have you realised that there are 4 different endings you can get?
Oh BTW, you have to unlock Jiang Wei in a secret stage that I was telling you about before.
1. Do not clear Bo Wan Po
2. On Chi Bi with shu, the fire attack must not succeed. This is achievable by letting Huang Gai by routed by Cao Ren or Zhen Ji.
Then at the end of act 5,
The Battle of Tian Shui.
Zhuge Liang's forces
At the beginning of the battle do not attack either of the 2 wei castles. Kill the officers in between. Jiang Wei will be told to charge out of his castle. Then defeat his 2 officers. Their commander will say someting along the lines of "why is the enemy not attacking you?" answered by "it is an enemy ploy!" After this wait for Jiang Wei to go down to or go near your base. Then just lure him in. There he will meet Zhuge Liang and defect.
