...'Squaresoft'? I mean on Final Fantasy X-2 and Crystal Chronicles, it now says 'Square-Enix'.

Squaresoft and Enix merged giving the new name "Square-Enix".

Yeah, they decided to join making it a multi-billion company.

Good move I guess, but do you think this has any connection with the quality of Final Fanatasy X-2 compared to previous ones (based on reviews not my opinion), or were Sqaure too far in development with it by then?

He left and it all went downhill (except from 8) from there.

Yeah, hopefully they will come to their senses and give the fans what they want though. They are releasing a film, going through all that bother. The least they could do is go out of their way to remake the game that we most love.
