Has anyone ever thought that the site is made by the actual AI engine they're using for the game? Long shot, but it would explain why it only makes partial sense, and most of the layer positioning is decided by maths and stuff. Again, long shot, don't stone me, just a suggestion.

Creepy has the wrong info, but the fact that Johnson was not taken by the Flood is obviously of massive significance...

That's a pretty weak plot twist.

I don't remember that part of the book! Dr Halsey finds that something in his genetics somehow repelled the flood, and gives Master Chief the information on two crystals - one has the full info, the other has less info but would stop ONI taking Johnson apart to find out why. Maybe time to read the book again?

That's because he got too close to a plasma grenade and it tainted his blood stream. It only happens to like 1-1,000,000,000 people and most of them die.

First Strike comes after Halo and fills in the time between the end of the game and the start of Halo 2. Get it and you'll make a lot more sense of the ilovebees.com site, plus the story of Halo 2.

I've read Fall of Reach, but not First Strike yet. I've completed the game, so just to be straightfoward does First Strike come after Halo 2, or after Halo?

Yep, wasn't the gap I left big enough?

To be honest, as Halo did not cover the back story (basically the contents of Fall Of Reach, then it may be the case that they just leave out most of the information in First Strike, 'cause it'd be going some to condense a book into a few FMV's.

Still, I really really hope the 24th isn't going to a major disappointment - at the very least it's got to be some major news about content or something.
