A few things i noticed:
The Babylon club - The Malibu
King (best lawyer) - Rosenberg
The ending - The same ending but you survive
The 80's - same era
The clothes - suits
Gangs and drug deals - same as
Infact, try watching the movie then playing VC. See for your self.
I'm not going to judge upon the fact that its Scarface it will be good, but i shall wait till thee previews are out before making up my mind.

I'm saying that Scarface: the game, will be crap.
However, if the game actually has nothing to do with the film and the licence is just a way to shift the stock, have some good characters to hand, and avoid accusations of GTA ripping - it may not be so bad.
With this and the Godfather they are taking classics and bringing them into modern-day. These were the best films of the day and sold millions.
Why not try to make them? I would rather they tried making these than a crap movie. In the future there will no-doubt be more cheap cash-ins, but i would rather they made an attempt on these.
