Then I run at T-72s ad I can't jump on top and throw grenades into the hatch, before taking it and running over houses.
Boo.
Single mission called 'Ambush'.
*awaits scorn*
They get much much harder. The best one is The Assault on Montignac and the following missions. Absolutely wonderful.
Cleared a small hamlet, ran right and down a hill, my leader thought it'd be clever to stick close, rather than split and pincer or anything sensible. So, we ran down, our entire squad approacing within about a 45 degree angle.
'3 is down!'
'OH NO...7 is down'
Etc.
Lost about 4, before I stumbled upon an RPG, which got rid of a few.
Then a T-72 came, and we raaaaan. Lost about 4 men. *weeple*
Being in charge of a squad is an acquired skill and something that takes lots of practise to master, but it isn't essential as I always lead the squads in multiplayer.
One of the best tactics to use is to press Q, which makes you kneel down everytime you stop, making you aim more steadily and also making you a smaller target. When you're in V mode, you can dash (E or Shift+W) and when you slow down or stop you'll go back into V mode automatically. ALso, always move from cover to cover when you're not shooting, and always try and get a position that has a height advantage over your opponents.
And my grenade blew him out of it and onto a railing.
yayu.
