Details of SSX2 have been announced. SSX Tricky is the current working title, Theres a higher frame rate for smoother graphics, all the courses are overhauled with bigger jumps, theres 2 new courses, all the character voices are bieng redone (some by celebs, Billy Zane and Lucy Liu are named) and an additional 6 characters. Well, I still haven't got the original SSX yet, so it's not a cash in from my point of view. However, I'm still suffering through waiting for the Tricky version.
SSX is probably a cash in, but I'm still going to get it. I finished SSX a couple of weeks ago (all the tricks on all characters and all golds) and am hankering for more.
Just went to the shop and got PSM2 mag, they have more info. David Arquette and Macy Gray are added to the celeb voiceovers and the new characters are named. Also Jurgen and Hiro are dropped, apparently.
Also in that mag, on the demo disc was an interview with naughty dog. Jak and Daxter sounds and looks superb for a game still in its early stages.
