Can someone tell me how the item duplication cheat works on Pokemon Yellow?
I know you have to go to Viridian City, speak to the man then surf in Cinnibar Island to fight Missingo but it doesn't seem to be working and Missingo isn't coming up.
And can anyone tell me how to clone pokemon on Crystal and how to get Lugia.

You cant duplicate items on Pokemon Yellow. Only on red and blue.
Cloning on Pokemon Crystal
To clone you need to trade over your pokemon you want to be cloned to another game boy pak. Get them to trade a pidgey, because it will disappear FOREVER. Just as the waiting disapears during the trade immidiatly turn the power off your Gameboy. Then it'll say trade complete on the other game boy. Then turn that one off. Turn both back on and you'll have the both have pokemon. (THIS IS GUARANTEED TO WORK)
Try it with some crappy pokemon first or you could lose your best one because you don't know what your doing!
