Can someone tell me how the item duplication cheat works on Pokemon Yellow?

I know you have to go to Viridian City, speak to the man then surf in Cinnibar Island to fight Missingo but it doesn't seem to be working and Missingo isn't coming up.

And can anyone tell me how to clone pokemon on Crystal and how to get Lugia.

I think you're meant to press the 3rd one first then the 2nd next and the 1st last, for the direct route to the exit, usually is that simple, but it can be annoying to work out.

Let me tell you somethings I found in the Pokemon Yellow game. Glitch City, I was playing around with glitch city and instead of going to seafoam island I went to Route 22. While in that Glitch City I caught a Mankey and a Spearow. Then I flew to Viridan City and Pikachu was really angry at me and the saved game screen said I had played for 255 hrs. and 59 mins. Also, I went to this guy on Cycling road facing North and I flew away from him before he had the chance to fight me, I then fought this guy next to the surfing Pikachu hut facing east, I flew back to cycling road and a the Start Menu popped up I pressed B and a wild MissingNo. appeared! It was on Lv. 7, the 6th item in my pack were 2 Ultra Balls and when I tryed to catch MissingNo. it said I had O Ultra Balls but I caught it with the o Ultra Balls. It made me call it Super Repel and when I got out of battle there were all these bikers rolling around. I could only walk on certain places like the water and pikachu walked in front of me. I don't know if this has ever happened to anyone else. So there really are secrets in Yellow Version!!!

I'm afraid there haven't been and never will be any available cheats for Pokemon yellow other than using an action replay cartridge. Sorry. They made them for red and blue, gold and silver (the same cheat for cloning on G+S never worked on crystal so that's uncheatable too), but I havent come across any on the ruby and sapphire.

So, nobody has a cheat to clone pokemon on Pokemon yellow?

Are you sure there are no cheats for Yellow?

If you know any cloning/Item duplication cheats for pokemon yellow please post them but only if they work.

I dont need gold because I only have Yellow, my friend is the one that wanted the Crystal cheats.

If you have pokemon Gold and Silver i'd be happy to tell you my technique for cloning/mass item copying (all done at the same time).
