This is what I would like to call the spamming topic. The main reason I have changed the WWF forum is because of the constant spamming of the forum- so I added this. This is for people who don't want to talk WWF. Talk about the Weather, School etc. The short posts topic about anything to do with anything!

I like the split legged moonsault what RVD does off the turnbuckle you've got to be a good wrestler to do it.It looks wicked and must hurt.I wish i coul do it ,but i'm not flexible enough

Thats a cool move. It doesn't look very easy to pull off though. You got to be able to jump a hell of a long way. Is Rob Van Damn a high flyer? Becuase I thought he was a big bloke, it would look stange him doing that!?!

My favourite wrestling manouver is the Van Terminator by Rob Van Dam (What Shane did when he jumped the whole lengh of the ring at Wrestlemania) But RVD does it into a chair not a trash can.
