As the most anticipated game of the year is released today, we need a place to discuss the happenings and to arrange games!

A few people asked for this to be created and so here we go.

Trusting everyone has their copy now, so let the fun begin tonight.

I, along with several others will be on Xbox but i know some are Ps3, but its the same game so no point in two threads!

Bet you use that perk when you get it though:-D
I agree though at the moment, both are a pain in the butt. Got FMJ last night - very useful :-))

guess the pc ones should be free. The problem is that some of the maps were the ones from the SP and that kinda sucks. But those are only a few, but the other maps could certainly have done with some balancing. Estate being a prime one. The house is the key to victory. Holding onto it and working skillfully enough to kill everyone and defend it is the key to winning that map.

The maps just don't have that pick up and play quality like in TF2 where the maps are identical in layout for both sides and everyone can just concentrate in just getting the job done. It gets pretty vicious in 16 vs 16 games.

I find most of the maps challenging. I used to love scrapyard, but kind of lost hope in it now. Highrise is good and enjoy Favela now and again. Rundown is good for team deathmatch, but not very good for domination.

I get very hit and miss with the maps - none seem to be that much fun. Still, DLC is inevitable and I guess now I am actually taking the time to play online, I am more than likely going to buy it.

I understand what Chris is saying though - you should have an option to play in new maps and not be forced to buy them to continue playing a game you have already forked out £45 or so quid for.

apart from the additional class, i doubt i'll even consider prestiging. Its starting all voer again attaining everything you earned so hard for.

concerning maps, i would say that if the maps were more balanced and fair, i would probably wouldn't be complaining about the maps as it then becomes a more interesting game. Like highrise is always a blast as no side has the advantage in layout. But since not all maps are equal, the quality is a little hit and miss as well. Derail is a nightmare for anyone other then a sniper. The other maps are ok, but since we don't see them often i don't find any variety at all.

Well i think Map packs are good, i would like the see the old ones re-done and some new ones.

Level 3 on the first prestiege now, finally made it there!

I don't mind map packs, as long as it doesn't turn into CoD 5!
There should be a seperate 'Map Pack' Server list, as the amount of times you try to join a game, and it asks to download a map. I don't want DLC thank you very much :)

I was beginning to feel that last night as well. A map pack is in dire need of release!

Still, my accuracy is closing in towards 20%...so raising it by 4% in a few days is brilliant! :)

I have a Ps3, but got MW2 on Xbox.

I must be about 2 games away from prestiege now which is good, as i just wana get past that hurdle, will feel i have achieved something then lol.

Trying to use guns which need challenges completing etc, but aint as good with most these guns and my scores have suffered a little bit.

you know, after playing mw2 for a fair bit, the maps are starting to get a bit...samey. This is even more so then l4d. Its partly due to the fact that the maps are a bit...meh now.

Highrise is still my fav map for practically every mode as its pretty balanced and allows plenty of room to do every single tactic. Flank, camp, snipe etc without shutting down a single area. Unless you camp at the enemies base in which case its a joke. I know, because i do it when i attempt domination or ctf. Rather then get to the objective directly, i shut an area down leaving someone else to do the work.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
