I think MMORPG's can be good, they just lack long term playability. Once you've raised through the ranks, gained millions in currency and have all the benefits you spent that last god knows how many days trying to attain, there's not much to stay around for.
Of course, I have yet to play a game that long. I eventually got bored of Galaxies because I was simply spending my time grinding away experience points to get to the next level. That's not fun, that's like working only not getting paid. Still, City of Heroes and World of Warcraft look alright, better than many of the current crop of MMORPGs that's for sure.

lol i totally agree but as ff11 is errm a ff game it might not be all rats bats and toads lol and also u might b able 2 ride chocobos!
