Let's compare them.

Imacs: Need electric to run.

Paper: Needs nothing to run. Ink optional.

Imacs: Runs a limited amount of games, Quake 3, Alpha Centuri... multiplayer games are limited.

Paper: Runs many games, battleships, squares, noughts and crosses. Multiplayer games are plentiful.

Imacs: If it breaks down, you'll have to journey across the ends of the earth to find someone who will fix it.

Paper: If the paper tears, you can just get another piece.

Imacs: Are incredibly difficult to make planes out of.

Paper: Can be used to make all sorts of little planes, and also other oragami stuff. Like swans. Or boats.

Imacs: Can be used for word processing, databasing, calculating...

Paper: As can paper.

I'm sure there are more... please, come up with some.

Who needs paper when you've got a computer screen.

Oh, and by the way you can make oragami out of a PC, the PC makes it for you and gives you instructions!

Not true. They do actually give out oxygen, as

I was only reall talking about having no more trees...

ut the case I was just readining about was saying that the could cut down all of the rainforest... with no change in our lifestyle choices...

We'd lose billions of species of animals, plants, and very special habitat and the always media frendly 'cure for cancer'

But thats about it...

Theres more than enough other sources for oxygen, for trees to be non-essential...

(they really arnt the greatest for Oxygen production, using up as much at night as they produce during the day)

Apparently its not such a problem...

The Rainforest being the lungs of the world idea is a bit wrong...

Since they use up as much oxygen as they produce...

There incradably efficent self-contained environments... but not actually required for our continued existance...

???

Hmm I know this sounds like I am really sad but what has this got to do with the FOG. Anyway don't mind me I will just watch as you all waste your time thinking about uses for paper.

(;o( Sad I am probably about to get shot at.

p.s You can also make cups out of it.
