I went to see Pearl Harbor at the start of the week, and to be honest, I didn't think it was as bad as the critics have made it out to be.
True, the American way is great, but it holds more truth in this WW2 film more there anyother. The effects in the middle of the film certainly were very good, if a little drawn out.
I would certainly say that this film is worth going to see, and particularly on the big screen at the cinema.

Surprisingly, yes. Most of the actors are monkeys. Except Cuba of course.....and Tom Sizemore.......and William Fichtner. Ok, come to think of it, it was just Affleck.

This film proves that money isn't everything, Pearl Harbor is an event that they were surely going to make a film out of.
i think it's had some top quality effects, well they spent more than the original bombing on them so they flipping should be but it could have been easily so much better.

I thought it was poor the first time I saw it but all my friends said it was good so I went to see it again today. It was much better this time and I wasn't half as bored as the first time I went. There are still really boring bits in it though. The battle scene in the middle is really good though and the music is great as well. It's what you'd expect from Hans Zimmer.
