One amusing point though, yesterday's filmaday win..."Sure to recieve lots of Oscar nominations this year".
Er...this film is 2 years old.
Someone has said it looks and reads as though it's been copied from another site and that Oscar nom business would make sense.
But, heres the point again:

So what? I doesnt matter, I enjoyed the review and I enjoyed the gameaday win.
Sure, I thought "maybe" for my idiotic monkey post in the DVD thing, but that wasn't why I posted and only thought "maybe" late last night.
It didnt win.

I'm off to the Sawbo shop this lunchtime to buy a game anyway.

I have only ever ONCE written a post that was structered to win. It did win. my other 2 (No I'm not counting the Extra GAD one becuase it wasn't a real win) My Conker review and my "Wat's in a name" post were written off the top of my head and from the head. I was just writing about something I feel strongly about. The same with both my FAD wins. My Trigger piece I wrote becuase I love Trigger Happy and I wanted to sahre it. And my piece about Tim McVeigh is something which I feel VERY strongly about. It's probaby the issue I've felt the strongest about over the past 2 years. I just wrote it in an attempt to get my views across. I don't care if I don't win with a piece, I just love writing here. I cn get my views across and everyone is really friendly. Plus it's good practice for me, as I wanna become a journalist when I'm older. Also I personally feel that recognition of your posts by other members of the forums is better than reconition by the judges. I'd pick to write a good post that got good feedback from everyone than have a good piece that won GAD but got barely any feedback, anyday of the week.

dan i can see your point the last dc poat that won was.............3/5/01,which was dreamcast lover,hell an n64 post won after that post,now that really is taking the mick,SR,heck,the DC still sells a little,well more than N64

DO YOU NOT GET IT? I don't give two hoots about a bloody game. It's a matter of pride that when you continually post good posts and then you realise the complete and utterly atrocious wrongdoings - I.E Dreamcast posts NEVER win because SR aren't trying to push the sales of the DC, and nearly every GAD win is a PS2 related topic, I feel utter disgust. It's crap.
