Years ago, full, utter immersion was achieved by hearing the words of a story read out to you from generations past.

Then these words were preserved in books, and the art of story telling became almost redundant. Immersion became reading a novel in the warmth of your home.

Years latter Radio was invented, and once again immersion came from hearing the story told by another's voice.

Then there was TV. Imagine how new this seemed! Until now immersion was only achieved by listening to people's voices or reading words. But now pictures could be send to you via a Cathode-Ray-Oscilloscope!

And then there were games. Now immersion was gained by moving small red plumbers about controlling their every movement.

And next? Plugging into machine? VR? Holodecks?

Anyone suggest any ideas I could patent?

Yer... and you don't have to socialise with the other players either! In fact... why have the football. LEt's relace the football with a levitating sphere, and play it on an anti-gravity pad

Maybe I could make a sports game for it... rather than actually running around playing football, u could do it on a Cathode Ray tube... now that's so much better!

In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
