I have typed in the money cheat from special reserve's cheat site but it doesn't seem to work can any one help or tell me any other cheats

I had a go of the Sims 2 the other day, had quite a bit of fun making a complete freak of a character, then I got bored before I finished and came off. Even my sister stopped playing it and she's sims crazy. Instead she's playing Mafia, a proper game.
It depends if you're into nurturing your sims or just want to cause chaos. The money cheat lets you get enough cash to do some odd things with your house.
Cheats limit whatever point the game had in the first place. Though the Sims isn't really a game anyway, it's more a collection or boring experiences.

Doesn't using a money cheat just take all the fun out of it though? You're meant to start off with very little cash and work your way up to riches, not just cheat from the start.
