Usually we compare games with the film industry... but what about the music industry.
POP music would be the continuous production of poor quality PSX games that come in hundreds which are aimed at uninformed kids.
URBAN music would the the Tony Hawks and Jet Sets.
ROCK would be things like Crazy taxi... the inner city vivid games.
How aboput other forms of music?

CBFD races has some Indie session type music!
ZELDA its not classical music is it!
Probably what makes it so easy to complee
Why dont they put pop music into games,THEY HAVE,but they havent utilised this scene,I mean there are games out there that you feel needed a song to express the emotion the character is going through..In Shenmue when his father dies,i think STAN would fit in great there,just to set the mood.
