I will take away the power of Newbies to create new Topics if you do not stop posting more and more new topics on here.

This forum is for PRIME TOPICS.

Five new topics in 15 minutes is just ridiculous.

I can not take it. I have been wasting my time posting some great posts and I have not really been getting any feed back on them.

Great to see you are talking again Spider. By the way I have nothing against you it is just the fact that wherever you are Legendary LInk is.

Could someone please read my post on Ants "What matters most: Gameplay or Graphics" thread as no one seems to have seen it. Or maybe no one wants to read it.

Edgy

Newbies will be able to post new topics on the other forums.

That's the point. So they will still have the same chance of winning.

Failing this you will NEVER slow down the number of new topics on this forum. Just think what it would be like if we had not split the FOG.

i don't think all the newbies do this...see, what i think is that most regulars do it and for some reason the newbies get blamed it's ridiculous!

Tony i completely disagree with the actions you are taking to stop pointless topics!

To be fair, it's not just newbies who are posting the rubbish topics! I've seen regulars do it too!

As I've said before, everyone here should be treated with the same respect no matter what they've got under their name whether it be Newbie, regular, notable, staff newbie, etc.

So taking away newbie's rights in my opinion is WRONG! It gives them less chance of winning Gameaday and it's more likely to deter them from posting at all!

Come on, just delete topics if they are pointless or the same things been said before. If you say you haven't got the time...then I think you should employ some of us longer term members who do have the time (I do on weekends anyway :) as Moderators!

This is very true MJ. A lot of good topics are getting swamped by pointless posts!

The important thing is to make fewer topics. Then they will not get ignored.

Look I am sorry but I just ahve to say this. Since everyone has agreed on no pointless posts I ahve been making some very interesting posts(some very long ones to), but they are just getting ignored. The fact is that unless it is short not many people can be bothered to read it. This is a shame as many good posts other than mine are being ignored.

Do you automatically become a regular when you have posted a certain number of messages, or is it a certain number of words, or do the mods just decide when they reckon someone deserves to have a "regular" status?

Being able to do this could disrupt topics.

No it does actually work, i have seen it in a few other forums and it is very useful.
