It's supposedly a downloadable PC version. I'm not entirely convinced, though, as it will be far from fully developed for the PC. I'm no expert, but my guess is that this is crude beta. Seeing as it's probably only been fully developed for PS2, it will be none-too-great in the realms of controls and setup etc.

Either way, I'm getting it for free, it can be as crap or as good as it wants, I don't have to spend money on it to find out, and with that in mind I'm extremely chuffed.
Will I be looking? No. I don't want to be in posession of a completely illegal program which will eat up my computer with an army of bugs.
