You burn it to a Dual Layered DVD Disk and play it on a modded PS2.
The file has been downsized, and once un-zipped/decompressed the file size is around 9GB.

The file found on the web is 2.95 Gig.

It's supposedly a downloadable PC version. I'm not entirely convinced, though, as it will be far from fully developed for the PC. I'm no expert, but my guess is that this is crude beta. Seeing as it's probably only been fully developed for PS2, it will be none-too-great in the realms of controls and setup etc.

But can you play it on the PC? I was to understand that the leaked version could only be played on the PS2, or am I thinking about the leaked version of Halo 2?

Either way, I'm getting it for free, it can be as crap or as good as it wants, I don't have to spend money on it to find out, and with that in mind I'm extremely chuffed.

According to various sources, in the past few days a leaked copy of San Andreas has been being sent around the Internet. So if anyone's into dodgy beta, it may be worth looking out for, considering the fact that it's not released on PS2 for another week, and not for several months on PC.

Will I be looking? No. I don't want to be in posession of a completely illegal program which will eat up my computer with an army of bugs.
