ABout 20 hours. But I finished all but 2 levels fully. If you dont bother with the graffiti souls or street challenges you could do it in 10 hours.

I completed JSRF yesterday. I had completely completed all levels apart from 2 with the Street challenges, have 108 graffiti souls. Have 12 characters now. So I need to complete the 2 levels with the Street Challenges, then graffiti the new graffiti spots that have appeared in the previous levels. And then do all of the test runs.
By the way test runs only open up once you complete the game, and you have completed the street challenges for a certain level.

Its nice to have no time limits and stuff. :-)

Even using my own graffiti. :-)
i got jsrf yesterday...and i think it ROX....find it much better than jsr which caused much more frustration for me
