"Anyone good at analysis?"

Hey everyone. I gotta do this media thing for tomorrow and i think that the picture in the middle of this poster represents something but im not sure what!

The killer wears a mask in the film, but the mask isnt made out of paper and doesnt say "she loves me, she loves me not" all over the real mask. I think there is some symbolism (sp?) behind it all but i cant explain it. I think it may be something to do with him hiding behind a mask because of something that happened when he was at school but im not sure!

Any ideas?

I also put about how the mask seems to show no emotion in its facial features which is ironic considering the film is about valentines day which is full of emotion.

The mask is the mask the killer wears, yeah? And it originated in school, which the paper represents. The writing represents the sadistic insanity that enveloped the killer. That's what I get from it anyway.

What would you say about the mask/paper thing though? There must be a reason the paper was shaped into a mask because its not like that in the real film!

I think thats the key thing he is looking for to get the marks so i think i gotta come up with a good analysis! Grrrrr! Stupid media!

If anything it tells me that movie posters do not represent the quality of the actual feature film.
