Potato skins in bacon fat.
Made by throwing jacket potato skins in a frying pan with bacon.
Georgia doesn't eat the skin, you see, so her potato was scooped out. So I threw it in the pan. As you do.

Eating fatty things may do you harm, depending on your life-style. If you hardly do any physical exersise the try to keep off very fatty products, if you have a physical lifestyle ( like me :) then you should be alright, although eating to much of anything will make you sick!
I'm at the stage where my daughter will eat half and throw the other half. However, she loves sweetcorn (on the cob) and plums.
