Just been on the Shiznit, Ali has got a list of the worst/most lame villains of all time on there ... got me thinking as to who the Best/most evil/devious villain is ...

So who's your bestest villain in film?? They don't have to be evil, perhaps they're just really intelligent or a cool (you like them but you probably shouldn't) sort of character ...

Name, Film and reason why they're your fave villain ...

Yeah it's a simple thread but it's sunday :)

Most of the Bond villains are pretty convincing, except the Korean diamond-face in Die Another Day, he was ridiculous.

Mrs Trunchbull in Matilda genuinely scared me when I was about five...

Before anyone mentions 'The Joker' in Batman.. he's a joke by name and nature. He just looks like an escaped child molester, with Elton John's wardrobe.

For comedy value Mike Myers in Austin Powers but yes Alan Rickman in Robin Hood was excellent.

I like Dr Evil in Austin Powers, he has the worst plans ever, yet very entertaining :)

Alan Rickman in Robin Hood and Die Hard was good.

I'll go with Goldfinger in umm Goldfinger, the James Bond film :) we all remember that classic scene where Connery is about to get split in two.

I'm afraid to say I havent seen Silence of the Lamb, I'd probably throw up if I did >_< you have to be atleast 14 to see it in Italy.
