So I found out today that, three months after I conrimed it, that my work experience placement has "fallen through due to the closure of one of our branches". So now I have three weeks to arrange a new one, which will be asking a lot as usuallly the companies want applicants months in advance.

Any suggestions?

(Oh, and feel free to share amusing "Work experience related anecdotes")

Life's a betch.

Guys, I'm serious. No jokes.

My manager was a complete and utter nut.

I had a choice. Six and a half paperclips, or viagra.

Before I could answer, he gave me the paperclips. Cheapskate.

What's really amusing about work experience is that I spent a joyous two weeks pishing my life away doing photocopying, before realising I had to write a speech on the 'value' of the various 'educational' activities I did.

And what did I get for payment? A 50p balloon in a charity auction, if it won I would get £10, I mean, 50p! Cheers, ye bast lawyer.

Well, he did spend half the day singing "the testicle song", and throwing pens at me. If I caught them, I got to leave early.

Hehe.

20 may be a fine age, but they don't tend to go for 16 year olds such as myself at the time, do they?

Oh, I thought you pretending to be soldiers and there was a raid, and the bottle was like a grenade. That would have been so much better, having a manger who plays war games with you.
