Stupid rule which I don't use, but what's the reasoning behind it?

That's exactly what it is.

People should be allowed to talk however the hell they like.

Except for chavs. They should only be allowed to use one word - "regret".

Adjectives = describing words, e.g. 'green' or 'slow'

Boy is the noun and fat is the adjective.

Adjectives generally tell you something about the noun.

Adjectives are words that describe nouns such as 'radiator' and 'desk'.

Onomatopoeia is just a word that describes a sound or something like that, nouns and adjectives i get mixed up about, but i think adjectives are things like "Desk" and "Radiator".

"Because I am doing this: I don't want to do that"

"I don't want to do that because I'm doing this"


Hmmmm.

I don't, I adhere to it fully when writing formal stuff. It just looks bad otherwise, don't ask me why.
