They haven't even recovered from the last one, and another is set to hit this weekend.

Heh. In a smugly unpleasant "I told you so" sort of way, this makes me think of the American chap who went by the nom de plume of Beezlebozo on another board I frequent.

He claimed that "Nothing can lay America low; not war, not nature; nothing"

He lives in Texas. Presumably he's refusing to budge from his godforsaken trailer park as nature won't do any damage to him.

Stupid twunt...

On a more realistic note, I hope that people living their will be as okay as is possible in the face of a category 5 storm.

Light - Sky news reckon it may have subsided to a category 3 by the time it hits land, although that'll still cause a helluva lot of devestation. Katrina was a 4 I think?

Sheepy - Ha ha.

Morons shouldn't be allowed to use that name.

50 plus people were killed by floods in India yesterday (or the day before). Nature's a b-tch sometimes.

If you live where she's likely to get angry...

People living on active volcanos won't get much sympathy for instance.

The human race is a bit of a plague anyway.

Do you include yourself in that?
