"The Football Accumulator Thread"

Right, i know some of you guys are not keen football fans so probably not a great thread for you - sorry.

However, for the few of us that enjoy football, i thought this could proove to be fun!

I love doing football Accumulators and very often, well actually never, have i won a bet of one. So to try help me spending all my hard earned cash i thought we could play a game. These are the rules (and even people who know nothing about football can play!)

Each week i will post the fixtures for the premier league on here.
From them you choose 4 games and say how it will go.
Getting 3 out of the 4 correct grants you a point.
Getting all 4 will get you 3 points.

Simple, right! I will of course keep a list on here and update the scored of the people playing.
So let me know if your interested in playing along. Fun game to keep me occupied and may actually help me finally win a bet!

The gap has been narrowed by a point since last week :) I'm happy with that... for now. I'd be more worried about that Emmie lad catching us up.

I'm getting worse at these predictions (Arsenal v Porto DRAW, Man U v AC DRAW !!!) but I won't give up just yet.

Only Butch, Me and Dragonlance picked up a point from Champions League! Was not a good mid-week for us lol

Oh and Warhunt grabbed a point from his prem guesses.

I was wondering if he would still pop on and say hi or chat, but i guess he busy lol.

I have not updated the 5th outcome section for anyone yet, now doing it (i bagged 3 points from it, getting outcome and first goalscorer!)

Done, if anyone sees a mistake let me know, i was drinking last night and sill a tad fuzzy. Some stuff cant be updated, like Butch's 5th game as it aint been played yet.

On a brighter note, i have made a dash for second place, i am hot on your heels McLong!

Warhunt's not in this week Emmie, remember he took the week off to not play FFXIII?

In other news, I screwed up with last night's predictions so I'm out of the running completely for any points from these games (whether you believe it or not, I was very close to choosing Vargas as Fiorentina's first scorer grrr).

I did manage to grab a couple of points from the weekend's fixtures though, but I think Butch could get more than me depending on Burnley's result (whenever they play).

Edit: Ahem, Emmie. You've only added one point to my score! I got 3 out of 4 results, and guessed the 5th outcome correctly. Come on, someone's gotto catch Butch up!
