Most definitely. At the Tokyo Games Show.

Not me, since I still want to be awake at 2am Saturday morning ;-)

Most probably.
I'm not a morning person.
What site would be immediately updated after such an announcement?

Knowing me I will.
I'm betting for a controller that allows for gyroscopic movements and a trackball (maybe).
But I also believe that these are not essential and that normal games will also be developed for it.
I believe it will allow for some original/new concepts and game ideas but also allow for the old ones. I also hope Nintendo have found a way to get the maximum graphic potential with minimum cost and effort.
But the latter thing I'm just being a little too hopeful.
In the end I believe it'll be like the DS. Not as graphically good as its competitor but much cheaper and with original concepts being drafted from a changed interface. But also, like the DS, the system will allow for traditional games to be played as the new interface is a nice new option and not a requirment.
obviously im hopin that the controller is class and the system is cheap etc etc. but im just glad that they are finally revealing the console!
it will get the discussions goin again bout the console and generate interest in actually buyin the console, and not just leavin ppl guessin whether it'll have gyro or not.
roll on friday mornin!

Well, most US sites would be - it'll be a lot earlier for them depending where in the country the site's from. From about 6 in the evening I think, so plenty should still be up.
Peronally, I've always found http://gc.advancedmn.com/ to be updated with important stuff very quickly indeed, and they've got a team out at the show reporting direct, so keep an eye open.
I'll still be up, no doubt. If only so I can be the first to rip Ninty apart for being so rubbish.
I really hope the revolutionary thing isn't crap and gimmicky.
I don't know whether I'm interested or not tbh.
Part of me is, but part of me doesn't care. I may not bother with the next gen. I don't know.
I hope I can paint it.
