I remember back in about 1994 I had an Amiga with 16MB of RAM and paid about £50 for an extra 16MB :(

until watches can communicate with my car, i`m not happy.

a kid at school had a watch that had a remote control on it.. he kept turning the videos off in science.

Is it possible to have watches more powerful than those computers the size of a room yet? =)

My camera, memory sticks and phone all have 1GB of memory or more, which is the exact amount my first PC had. I rmember thinking that I would never fill it.

I was playing on Wolfenstein 3D and Duke Nukem 3D on my phone yesterday. That makes my phone as good as my first PC (well, not quite, but you get the idea). and my phone isnt even that great.

Yeah we still got a few of those 5MB HDD's lying around, in fact, the whole Freeola office is working from around 2000 of those, all stacked in a massive underground bunker the size of a Tesco's Extra mega super market!

Too right! I bought a 128MB memory stick a couple of years ago for school, and it set me back £50! Amazing how much prices have dropped and how small they have become, and yet still able to have to much storage capacity!

My god Timmargh, what year was this? Things have really moved on. The other week I came across some old SR magazines and the prices of the memory sticks :O my god, didn't take long for the prices to come down and the capacity to shoot up.

That's pretty huge.

My first PC had two 20MB hard drives, 4MB of RAM and a 33MHz processor.

I also once paid £200 for an extra 4MB of RAM and £40 for 1MB of VRAM.
