Nestle make Wispa, not Cadburies. And they were probably phased out for not selling, although they were nice.

They're now "Dairy Milk With Bubbles" or something like that. They got rid of a few different types and replaced them with "Dairy Milk With....". It's the same basic chocolate bar though.
