At last - someone else on these forums that likes Waterworld. I own it on DVD, y'know. And it was dirt cheap.

Dirt cheap and good fun.
A huge belming fish of a movie, but good fun. And that's what I want sometimes when I lie spent from my poorly-thought rants at everything and anybody that isn't me. I like Costner movies.

I loved Waterworld. Found the Postman tedious. Other Costner films are good though, a small few bad. I certainly don't consider him rubbish. I'd rather watch a movie with someone like Costner in than some punk like Owen Wilson.

I liked Waterworld too, I liked the concept, however simple it was.

And it had explosions, lots of guns, a big bad guy and he drank his urine.

Quality.

Tin Cup was pretty entertaining, and yeah, the ending is great.

Have you seen that one where he dresses as Elvis and robs a bank? Can't remember what the hell it's called. Kurt Russel is in it too. And Caughtany Cox? That was enjoyable.

What I kinda like about Waterworld is that they spent a ridiculous amount of money on it, but no-one watches it - so they spent a lot of money on a film for me. Cheers, Reynolds.
