So, Sony are doing what they did in the US and giving those who get their PSP on launch a Spider-man 2 movie. Problem is, I won't be able to pick mine up until later on.
Does anyone have an idea of how this system will work/did work in the US? Maybe there's some way to get around it?
The last thing I want is for someone else to pick up my PSP for me, I want to be the first to take it out of the box and smell that new plastic smell...

Can't you make the person who picks it up promise not to open it? I might have missed something and have no idea how the Spider thing works... sorry.
The UMD came inside the PSP Box - in a little sleeve with a cardboard insert - I imagine the same will be done over here.
If the store puts aside a box for you, you have nothing to worry about, but if they give someone else yours since you won't be able to collect yours on Launch day, you may miss out.
I seriously doubt they'd give someone else a unit they've already reserved for you though.
