With this news now common-place, which Rare IP's would you like to see on the DS?

I don't think fans of the fighting genre are overly well catered for, so a Killer Instinct, perhaps?

A Banjo would go down extremely well, but a game from the Banjo team might be something Rare have for the 360.

Hopefully they don't just use the stylus for the sake of it and make a Mr. Pants game.

Jet Force Gemini could be quite good, and maybe they could port Perfect Dark across...

It's all too easy to port things, though... and I feel a new IP, designed from the ground up to incorporate all of the DS' features would be best.

Hopefully more will be revealed over time, but it's an exciting prospect.

Hopefully, after the so-so games on the XBOX, Rare can recapture some of the magic that was so abuntant in thier old N64 titles!

You thoughts?

I emailed them and told them to come up with some new IPs and not re-use the same old characters again and again.

My suggestion was a game where you play as the Queen, who has to go undercover as a policeman in order to stop an evil 32nd in line royal from assassinating the royal family.

Ooooh, a Jet Force Jemini sequel (heck, even a straight port) would be absolutely amazing.

Banjo Kazooie would be at the top of my list, but I would personally love to see a whole new series. NOT a GBTB sequel though. That sucked.

They can't do DK64 or Diddy Kong though, can they? That'll be great if they can.

They can do Donkey kong for the DS if Nintendo publish it. Remember Nintendo published the DKC games for the GBA SP which were ported by RARE.

Maybe a few new collaborations with Nintendo.

Regarding old IP's I recommended Blast Corps and Conker as they are both ideal.

Regarding new IP's I recommended continuing the Banjo series in a new direction and perhaps even a DS version of grabbed by the gholies.

It may even work!

Microsoft wouldn't let Nintendo publish a Rare game. If they did then why did they buy them in the first place!

Donkey Kong Country 1 2 and 3 on the GBA were ported by RARE and published by Nintendo.

Fft. How do MS expect the Gimpmondo to be a success with this kind of strategy?

No commitment...
