Hey, does anyone know if you order something on Box Office does it go into your Personal Planner. Is that what confirms that it has been successful?
I ordered something for tonight and it didnt say that it was successful or anything it just went to the personal planner after i pressed 'order'.
Is that what normally happens?

We always had to ring up before because we had a dodgy box but they changed the box so this is the first thing we have tried.

If you've got any doubts then I'd just phone the number it says when it asks for you to press select. If you haven't had any real confirmation then you'd be best off doing that.
