Hmm, I'm employed as a web developer, know php, css and javascript insideout, spend most of my free time playing WoW, I'm a big SF buff, wear glasses in front of a screen....

Pfft. I don't even know what php and css are. AND I play sports. Hell yeah. I'm like the anti-geek.

(I would play WoW if I knew enough about the internet and I own Willow on DVD. There's a LotR poster on my wall. I read Robert Jordan books. Pity me.)

The wheel of time? I got to book seven, where nothing happened for 600+ pages, then you can see he visibly though "Best have some action" and has a major battle.

Yeah, The Wheel of Time. It's the most incredibly overlong fantasy series I've ever read, but it's also awesome in terms of having the richest character base I've ever seen in a book. I've read it for too long to give up now, but there's going to have to be a point where he gets bored of having Rand having another mental breakdown and actually do the biznizz.

I've advise carrying on. He's up to Book 10 now, but there hasn't been a new one for 2 years, so I'd imagine a new one is due soon.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
