I will agree with them that the originals of movies may have been good for there time but Im not goin any further to say that they are better than what we have now.
The Titanic was a great film. The old and new one, but its rubbish to say that the original was better than the remake. I will admit that without the original the remake may have been a little worse than it is now but still it doesnt justify the fact that the original sucks in comparison to the new and improved.
The count of Monte cristo was a great film but its story wasnt as good as the original. Even with this setback it made up for it with a great cast and action scenes.
Spiderman, the series and the original movie, sucked beyond belief until the movie came out to reclaim the faim. But still people say that the original was great in comparison to the new series of spiderman movies. Have they seen the new ones?
I beg all those that are out there to just stop saying the originals are better and that wev run out of ideas for more movies because its just not true. We keep gettin new movies and reinventing old ones to make them better. So just sit back put on the originals if you want and wait for the new Superman movie to come out

I gotta say i enjoyed that film...saw it in the cinema in York and its pretty good with their surround sound too.
Does anyone else sometimes confuse Matt Damon with Mark Wahlberg?

It's not as bad as some make it out to be, but it's far from good. I find it hard to enjoy anything that has monkey-faced Mark Wahlberg in it.

And the aforementioned Pyscho.
Then you sir, are a dum-dum with no idea of what makes a good movie. Who's to say a matrix remake in the future wont be better than the original?
Why the hell is "D___ A__" banned?
[edit] I've just found out that Invasion of the body snatchers is being remade again as "Invasion", this time as the long overdue Aids metaphor.
I hear they are bringing another one out soon.
Just going to check IMDB
EDIT: Yep, its called the Brazillian Job

You guys can all think what you want. And I dont think anyone should remake the matrix as it cant be improved anyway its perfect
